How luunar collects, uses and protects your data.
1. Who We Are
luunar ("we", "our") is an artificial-intelligence-powered spiritual readings platform. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data We Collect
When you use luunar, we may process: your IP address (for rate limiting and security), your name and birth date (for numerology or astrology readings), photos of your hand (for palm reading, deleted immediately after analysis), your question (for tarot readings, not stored after use), and anonymous analytics data via Plausible Analytics.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide and improve our services. Palm photos are analyzed by our artificial intelligence and then immediately deleted, they are never stored on our servers and are never used to train models. Birth dates and names are used only to generate your reading. Payments are processed by Stripe, we never see your card details. Analytics data (via Plausible) is anonymized, no cookies, no tracking.
4. Data Retention
Generated reading reports are kept for 24 hours so you can retrieve your paid report. After 24 hours, reports are automatically deleted. IP addresses used for rate limiting are reset every hour.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the GDPR, you have the rights of access, rectification, deletion, objection and complaint with your national data protection authority. To exercise these rights: privacy@luunar.app
6. Third-Party Services
We use: OpenAI and Google (artificial intelligence models to generate readings), Stripe (payment), Plausible Analytics (anonymous analytics, no personal data). We do not sell or share your personal data for commercial purposes, and our AI providers do not use your data to train their models.
7. Cookies
luunar does not use tracking cookies. We use only functional session cookies. Our analytics (Plausible) are cookieless.
